Make sure you do this in advance of the grading day on Feb. 3. Please note: The gradebook feature in ParentVUE and StudentVUE will be disabled during the grading period. Heads up Parents & Students:
Food Services announced, “Our new hamburger patty has sunflower oil listed as one of the ingredients, having less than 2% of it. Therefore, if there are any students with allergies, please be aware of this ingredient before choosing to take the hamburger/cheeseburger.”
A friendly reminder from the school nurse:
If you have:
• a fever of 100.5 or higher
• flu type symptoms (such as achiness, chills, sore throat, cough, nausea or vomiting), please don’t come to school.
When you are at school if you feel that you are coming down with something or wonder if you have a fever, please come and let the nurse take your temperature and help you decide if you should stay at school or go home.
Please remember:
• to wash your hands frequently throughout the day
• do not share food or drink containers
• do not share medications
The best defense you have to protect yourself from viruses and influenza is great self-care.
Audition packets are now available for Sheldon Theatre’s spring musical Bye Bye Birdie. They can be picked up in the choir room or at the front desk. Auditions take place the week of February 6. Help learning the audition songs will be available in the choir room the week of January 30, after school Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Please see Nancy Anderson in the choir room with questions.

The 1985 coming-of-age John Hughes film, enjoying cult status among teenagers, has been adapted for our stage, and remains very faithful to the original. Be advised that there is the same strong language and subject matter that the film contains. Admission is $5 for students and seniors, and $8 for adults. Tickets are available at the box office after school Thursday and Friday and one hour before curtain times. For more information, contact Nancy Anderson at 541-790-6672.
