The Fighting Irish are coached by Head Coach Kandice Feola who is in her third year of coaching at Sheldon. In 2006 Kandice coached the Junior Varsity, and assumed her role as Head Varsity Coach in 2007. Last season the Irish took 2nd place in the Southwestern Conference. They then went on to finish 6th at the State Tournament in November. At the tournament our girls received the very prestigious Sportsmanship Award on top of their fantastic finish.

The Irish are further supported by Junior Varsity Coach Anna Smith who will be entering her third year with the Irish as well. Anna assisted the Varsity team in 2006 and assumed her role as JV Head Coach in 2007.

Norm Combs will be entering his 8th year with the Irish and is undoubtedly the back bone of our program. He handles the JV2 team and sets us up for continued success year after year. We are very fortunate!
