January 5th, 2009 - Ads for Grads due to Sheldon

Photos must be addressed to Sheldon Yearbook/Mrs. Zink. If studios do not send the pictures to Sheldon, it is your responsibility to bring them to us. Don't be late; late pictures may not be accepted.

The following are required standards:

• Size: wallet size - roughly 2.25" by 3.5" frontal pose, no hands
  
  
• Background : light blue, gray, or brown are preferred.
  NO OUTDOOR photos!!
  
  
• Head size: top of head to chin should be 1 ¼ ".
  
  
• Distance from top of photo to top of head: 1/4"
  
  
• No soft focus. All soft focus prints will be refused.
  
  
• Digital photos must be submitted as CMYK, 300 dpi and the proper size (2"x3"), .tif or .jpeg format and on a CD.
  
  
• No artificial backgrounds, props, wicker chairs, scenery, etc.

Every photo must have the student's name on the envelope and the back of the photo itself. Photos not meeting the above requirements cannot be accepted.

Lifetouch student ID photos meet these specifications and will be used if yearbook does not receive a photo from the seniors.
