• BSU meets today at lunch in B-29 The Govna Summerfield's Classroom. Show your support by attending our gathering. All students are welcome to our safe space. 
• Attention Sheldon Irish: Midterm grading is Monday, November 10th. Stop by After School Tutoring this week to get help on those classes before those Midterm Grades are due. We meet in the Library every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:45-4:45. Everyone is welcome.

• Join us to learn about the 2026 Track & Field season on Thursday, November 13th during lunch from 12:05-12:30 in the Lecture Hall (C-9). Come learn about the sport of track & field, winter conditioning, and how to join the team. Go Irish! 
• Sheldon’s Women in STEM Club is back! Come for snacks, a fun activity, and a chance to meet awesome people who love science, tech, engineering, and math. Everyone’s welcome so grab a friend and stop by today in room B-5 during Lunch.

• For community service experience come to Interact Club in classroom B-14 at lunch on Thursdays!
• Come Send Off Our Sheldon Varsity Volleyball Team to State!  The Sheldon Varsity team is heading to the State Championship in Forest Grove, and we want to give them the send-off they deserve! Bus Departure is 5:00pm Let’s line up with their biggest supporters and cheer them on as they board the bus! We’ll have a fire truck there too! Let’s make this a send-off to remember! Bring your energy, signs, and school spirit.Go Sheldon!

• Today at lunch, Art Club will meet in F-5. Come work on projects and explore all things creative. Lots of fun.
• The award winning Sheldon Winter Color Guards are back and we are going to have 2 groups this year! We have both a JV and a Varsity team. Winter Guard meets 2-3 times per week in December-March. No experience is required. We are hosting try-it-outs Wednesday 11/12 & Monday 11/17 from 4:30-6:30pm here at Sheldon HS. Auditions will be Wednesday 11/19. Check out the posters around campus & fill out the interest form. If you have any questions, talk to Ms. Bounds or a current color guard member. 
• The College & Career Center has TWO amazing university visits scheduled for Friday in Room A-1!   Pacific University at 11:45 and Grand Canyon University at 1pm. Get your questions answered about admissions, programs, scholarships and MORE! Don't forget that students that stop by and visit with our guests can enter to win prizes in drawings that will occur throughout the year!
• Winter Athletics is coming right up.  Eligibility is determined by passing grades so Athletes, please be aware of the grades and attendance policies. (You must be passing at least 5 classes and have minimum 80% attendance.)
• Big games tomorrow and Saturday:  (Wish them luck and GO Irish!)
  • Volleyball - 1:15 Friday, (maybe 8:30 Friday and Saturday)
  • Soccer - 1pm on Saturday at Jesuit
  • Boys Varsity Cross-Country - Saturday afternoon at LCC
